Kabuto made that poison and Oro made that scroll thus this scroll is not on the poison. And as I said the poison could be used as you said but not by the scroll.

I don't think he would prepare counter measures to his own plans, it would only place them at risks.

That poison was only develloped years later by Kabuto when he met Yamato

Or perharps it was for Danzo. Still is unlikely that it is the poison because as I said. Suigetsu has no idea that there is anything related to Hashirama out in the war.

but look at what happened to yamato hes unable to move ,and its not just his chest his who body has the DNA ,so this would weaken him or just paralyze him completely
