I do not know if this has been answered, but when everyone was brought back to life by the forbidden resurrection technique they seemed to be revived at the same age they died at. However, Madara came back young. We know he died at a young age so why and how was he brought back young?

You're wrong about that. Madara died when he was old, if you read the manga till the latest chapter you'll see.

Hey tard, read the manga, Obito met with Madara when he was an old wrinkled up prune, and he died as such, an old withered body....So before you go off thinking you are smart or something make sure you get your shit right. Madara died old.
