Just because a fight isn't fair doesn't mean it's not a fight. Itachi was terminally ill and had been waiting a while for Sasuke to come and face him. Itachi was only kept alive that long by the drugs that he took, but that doesn't mean he Itachi was going to die that day even if he didn't fight Sasuke. (There is no scan that proves that) In that fight Itachi proved that he still had plenty of fight in him.

Zetsu alluded to his eminent demise and sasuke was as shocked to see itachi fall to his death. I don't see how given what you have said, you can call the outcome a win for sasuke. If anything sasuke was pinned to the wall with no reserve left to carry on. Itachi planned the timing of his death so that sasuke can activate his MS. I'm retrospect, it was all according to plan. Itachi died protecting sasuke.

Lol It still makes me laugh when I see Sasuke's expression in that panel. ok fine u win. Sasuke didn't. That fight was no more than a way for Itachi to suicide.

I'm not even supposed to be an itachi fan but his character is hard to flaw. We can all agree on that XD
