If the rumored spoilers are to be believed, and if the new Akatsuki are truly going out of their way to find the remaining Rinnegan that are out there, then this first question is one that should come to mind.

What happened to Madara's corpse ? Before his death he also had the Rinnegan and it has been proven before with the corpse of Nagato that the Rinnegan can be taken from a deceased individual. There may be a likely chance that if not guarded, the new Akatsuki may had taken it already for themselves.

Madara had normal eyes before his death. Therefore, no1 can get it.

I thought Haku explained this way back in part I. When a ninja dies (particularly one as powerful and famous as Madara) their bodies are recovered by Tracker Nin (ANBU) And either destroyed or taken back to the village to keep their talents out of the hands of rival countries.

Madara may have been everyone's enemy but he was still a Kanoha ninja(founder) I'm sure Tsunade made sure to collect his body to keep his eyes from falling into Orochimaru or any other enemy's hands.

Though it is still a possibility that Orochimaru recovered it before Kanoha did. For all we know the hooded man is indeed using Madara's eyes and just hasn't revealed he has the Rinnegan yet.

Madara was a leaf shinobi, so his corpse was most likely taken to Konoha, where it was examined and destroyed.

Im honestly surprised Sasuke didn't burn his body Amaterasu as soon as he died.

Maybe he did. Burn it I mean. Maybe not right then and there but maybe after Kanoha retrieved his body he snuck in to where it was housed and Amateratsu'd the entire joint.

I read somewhere that his body his hidden below the Leaf Village. But I dont remember reading that in Manga. Im sure if it was true atleast 1 of us on this thread would remember reading such a important detail.
