Are you kidding me?! It was great, unlike that unbelievably dry and rehearsed antics in the smegma smelling prequels. I'd take a bunch of floppy dicks whacking each other over those scenes any day.
Yeah I agree. The lighstaber duels was definitely one of the biggest highlights of the movie. They felt "real" and not just a flashy ballet dance like the prequels.

rofl... atleast in the next movie i expect them to be "master swordsmen" and no noobs

did you ever watch fencing? or Sword Championship? or even Lightsaber Championship? they're a lot better at wielding swords, and it's real.

did you ever watch fencing? or Sword Championship? or even Lightsaber Championship? they're a lot better at wielding swords, and it's real.
I've done real fencing before. The lightsaber championship is just coordinated routines. No real sword-master will ever turn his back to do a spin.

Real sword battles only last about a minute and each move is supposed to count. The prequels fights were all flash. At least with the originals and the Episode VII, the duels were a bit more grounded in realism.
