For those that read the manga:

Soo, I reread the 1st and only chapter so far that was released and i was thinking to myself why in the hell would Mario kill himself, although its stated that he wants to be with his mom. I think its pretty much stupid for him to die in the first chapter, especially since hes the cover of the manga. Im hoping that he is alive just cuz i think the story would go well with him in it. Also cuz hes the Main Character... and his name in the name of the manga.

Anyways i wanna know your thoughts on what the 2nd chapter will reveal to us or in general what you think about Marios assumed death. I know theres not to much info to go on about, so im hoping that you guys could use your imagination!

One-shot means a single chapter story, I guess

A one shot means that the story is intended to only be released as one chapter.

most mangas start off as a one shot. For example, Naruto one shot was released in 1997 and was a totally different plot. A year later, Naruto (the one we read today) was released.

My point is Mario could still come back, but with a bit different plot.
