I think Naruto and Sasuke will have their fight, and they both will come out of it alive. Naruto will begin his relationship with Hinata, Naruto will be the new Hokage at some point. I don't think Tsunade will die, she will step down and take place as one of the elders later on. I don't think SasuSaku will happen. Sasuke looks to be the type of guy he wants to spend his life alone. Sakura will probably end up with Lee or somebody else perhaps. I don't think Kishi will kill her off even if many fans wish it. That's my guess.
