(I'm new so I don't know how to do everything yet perfectly but please give my theory a chance)
So everyone's talking about how Kakashi has Perfect Susanoo, however I think that even though it is an asspull in the short run, in the long run it may make sense.
Remember, when Obito was taken over my Madara he was given Senju DNA in order to survive. This would mean that his already weakened Chakra would be given a boost, the only reason why he could never perform was due to him only having one and because he didn't have enough chakra to begin with to even handle two Rinnegan.
However, as shown with Madara, you don't even need Rinnegan, Sharingan, or just eyes to perform it, you only need the chakra and knowledge of how to use it.
This means that as long as you have the power to use the Susanoo at one point, then you can forever use it. Kakashi is known as the Copy-Cat Ninja, he's seen Sasuke use the Perfect Susanoo so do you think it's possible for him to copy it since he is able to?
Remember Obito has Senju DNA, I think that since Obito has this, it may have been moved to his eyes as well, meaning that when Kakashi received the Sharingan, he got the added benefits of extra chakra in order to use Perfect Susanoo and Kamui. Even Hagaromo admitted that powers can be given through the afterlife because the will of Indra and Asura were passed down through generation, and when Madara combined their chakra he made the Rinnegan. Maybe since Obito can't even handle Madara's Rinnegan, all it does is give him Perfect Susanoo.
Obito even said it may expire, I suspect this may be because since his eyes aren't used to Susanoo, this or the fact that it's some weird Kishi logic would mean that Kakashi might lose the Sharingan after this battle.
