Kakashi is technically blind now because, as a none-bloodline-sharingan user, he couldn't "close" or "shut down" the sharingan when not fighting and therefore had to cover it with his Ninja overhead protector, otherwise his stamina would go down quickly. But now that he has both eyes implanted with a permanent (read: perpetual) sharingan, when he's not fighting, he'll have to cover both eyes.
Unless he finds some X-Men's cyclops glasses of some sort not to accidentally sharingan anyone lol.
The turn of the events are very strange indeed imo…

even if it doesnt expire kashi had the ability to switch between ms and sharingan.but only long enough for the tech due to heavy strain most likely.even so only itachi was shown to have the stamina for constant sharingan

No, he doesn't go blind, but he'll have to cover both his eyes due to the inherent circumstances that he could not even handle one sharingan eyes, so both. It's just a fun post, it's not really serious. Imagine Kakashi with his ninja forehead protector over both eyes PLUS his mask. He'd be like the black ninja haha ^^
