Ok, first thing first I know that someone already came up with this idea. I thought of this when we the spoilers were first shown, but I was at work so i couldnt make a proper thread.

The chakra rods are used to transmit chakra and signals and from what it seems in this scan both Shin and the Hooded man are both linked to the mini juubi. (shared vision)

Something that also catches my attention is the way Shin talks. The guy sounds like he has restricted brain function :|

So it may be possible that Shin is a KA victim.

If that turns out to be true then of the MS abilities that the Hooded guy has we can count KA and Kamui
