In chapter 650, sasuke used perfect susanoo over naruto's kyuubi cloak like madara.
Was that sasuke's first use of PS? or had he usedit before, but off panel?
If you think that would be ilogical, then just remember it's sasuke.
And yes, it is PS. he has the square nose like madara's

Because you have proof right? The only person to ever be drawn by Kishi or his helpers was Madara and he used it with his Rinnegan. What ever you'd call the form Sasuke has just recently used with legs and feet can't be PS. Because it's just not perfect... same thing goes with the meteor tech. Madara used when he first started to fight the ninja alliance. People say it's an EMS tech. or something else but he used it with his Rinnegan. Does Rinnegan have a genjutsu? I don't know because Madara switched to his EMS to put the Raikage under a genjustu. Why didn't he just do it with the Rinnegan?

@Bold it goes both ways nothing in this manga supports you needing the Rinnegan for PS either

EMS is a lot more plausible considering Susanoo is a Mangekyou technique.

But you don't have 100% evidence or proof that it is just an EMS tech. You can't do certain things you can do with the Rinnegan. The Susano'o Sasuke made with the legs is probably as far as you can go with EMS. No one brings this up but I will repeat it "Does Rinnegan have a genjutsu? I don't know because Madara switched to his EMS to put the Raikage under a genjustu. Why didn't he just do it with the Rinnegan?" Why didn't Madara just go down to EMS when using PS? You could say why should he but why couldn't he use a EMS genjutsu while having the Rinnegan activated? You need official proof to say anything can go.
