For the recent spoilers that came out, It says in the spoiler that older Boruto has one eyed byakugan and a scar.

I think this is a lie because of what the promotional pictures show.

If you look at the second picture, the background is actual panels from the new manga. You can see that everyone is still young and Naruto and Sasuke are alive. Of course you may say that they show the future first and then tell a story in a story of how they came at Boruto having one eye, however this is not how the Naruto Genre works. We always revolve around the present and get a few flashbacks of the past at most.

Team 7 are the cash cows, No one is dying yet.

No I'm pretty sure the spoilers are real. They come from a reliable source who's given us Naruto spoilers for a very long time. Also that scene of an older Boruto was just a flash forward, the first couple of chapters will take place in the boruto movie.
