Spoilers Ahead Attack On Kyojin (Opinion/Theory)

Just read Chapter 47 ... there are still many questions to be answered.
One thing that blew my Mind was that ... Ymir is over 60 years old!? O.O So are probably Reiner, Berthold and Annie too I think .. and maybe Eren either?

Hm and when they talked about their "kills" (Ymir eating the friend of Berthold and Reiner. And also the murders of Berthold and Reiner) it seemed like they don't remember anything, and also Ymir said that Eren probably doesn't remember either .. does that mean that Eren also killed innocent people?

To me it seems like that someone or something manipulated their Minds, "They" probably operated on their Brains and give them a "Job", like, Killing People, Destroying certain Walls etc. So at that moment, only the "Mission" ( Killing People, Destroying certain Walls etc.) is their Aim and they forget everything else and just do it and after they turn Human again they just don't know what they did.

And I believe that those who are manipulating the Humans are real Titans and I think that they look like that "Monkey Titan" (Also made a Thread about this 1 month ago). They probably turn Humans into Titans and make them attack their own race through (as stated above) manipulating their brains (so the "standard" Titans we always see are nothing but mutated human beings, maybe?)

Yep .. that's my theory/opinion about Shingeki No Kyojin so far.

OT: at least now Ymir's Titan form during their childhood makes sense. Since she's over 60 anyhow.

I'd say the biggest thing was that Erin apparently would have had to eat someone to revert.....anyone think it could be Marco?! Would be a plot twist for sure.

Still that seems highly unlikely as it could be that Eren is truly unique in that he doesn't need it. Story wise it is clear that Eren is his actual age though as we know his history.



I'd say for sure Titans are transforming humans...at least the Ape Titan is. Though more likely the original humans that became Titans would be the heads....as Titans didn't come out of nowhere....they are all likely humans...recall how the Ape Titan said Mike must have known what's in the names of their necks...referring to their existence as humans.

Finally, I'd say they aren't programmed for one mission and forget everything else. The "regular" titans are definitely Rogue elements, but according to Ymir's words they are likely stuck in a drunken or dream like limbo as she mentioned the 60 years were hell.

The Special Titans like Berthold and Reiner are even more so free willed...they just happen to have an assignment of securing Eren and some artifact, person, or object inside the city....that's their mission.

The Anime is so good that i am ready to wait... even 1 episode a week worth it....

Eren would be a normal age. He has a set history as well as a mother and father....the only possibility being his parents aren't his real parents (I doubt that though).


I think Ymir is a special case....note that Reiner and Berthold were children compared to an already adult like Titan.
