Ill split the thread into two parts.
Part 1 can exist on its own.
Part1:
Yamato (who's real name might be Tenzo) is becoming an even more interesting character.
As we have seen in todays episode 352, he might be from the Iburi clan (which would make him Iburi Tenzo) who can turn their bodies into smoke and back into human form. They had a hard time controlling that smoke ability though. It was incomplete (not many of their clan grew old because of it).
It became more stable (still not stable enough according to them) with Oro's curse seal.
They live in hollow tree's and plant tree's instead of gravestones when one of them dies.
They believe the soul (of the death) find refugee in the tree's and protect them.
Oro has taken a kid named Tenzo from that clan (with their permission) to experiment on.
The girl with the red hair and the blue eyes named Yukimi, believes Kinoe, is her younger brother Tenzo, however
Gotta the leader of the Iburi clan doesnt agree with Yukimi, because he says, they have put him in Oro's care years ago.
Maybe Yukimi is right though. Especially after we are shown flashbacks from the experimentation rooms.
Next to this, Yukimi has seen images of her brother (through some special power) when he was away.
Tenzo could however be the person in the flashbacks that Yamato is looking at.
The only one left in front of him (episode 352, mirror 2, time ~19:50-20:15).
This person appears in the preview of next week as well.
Is Oro honest to the clan or using them? Yukimi talks to Tenzo about how she would be able to see everyone if she was called up (by Oro I assume) and we are shown many kids in the experimentation rooms. She talks about how Oro told them the experiments wouldnt be life threatening, yet we know about the mass deaths of Oro's Hashi dna testsubjects.
Oro seems to be acting(pretending) as some kind of saviour for them. What could be true as well is that Gotta, an adult, knows a lot more about the results of the experiments (people dying), than kids like Yukimi, because several plants had been planted at the graveyard, for people that Yukimi expected to still be alive.
What did you think of the episode?
Do you like how Yamato's background is expanded on?
Part 2 for those who are interested.
Part 2:
Thanks for reading.

Part 2:
Personally, I am really glad with these fillers.
I like to know more about Yamato's origins.
I wonder if we will read about the Iburi clan in the manga as well.
So it happens, in manga chapter 663, Oro had bitten the Spiral Zetsu.
Most people (including myself), believe Yamato to be inside spiral Zetsu. If his clan is compatible with
the curse seal, we might see some interesting developments in the manga too, if they will
include the Iburi clan into the manga.
I really like this development of Yamato (still not sure if we should call him Tenzo or Yamato).
Danzo takes quite some risk or what?
In episode 349, mirror 2, ~12:35, Danzo was visiting Oro and 3 of Danzo's guards were waiting outside.
Among them was a kid with a headband like Yamato, same hair and the cat ears mask named Kinoe.
We know that the first time Oro heard from Yamato (and heard one of his testsubjects had actually survived), was in shippuuden, at the bridge, where Team Yamato, with Naruto, Sakura and Sai, were disguised as Sasori, to meet up with Kabuto.
We can conclude that Danzo never told Oro about Yamato before, even though they have worked together for long and even though Yamato was among abandoned experiments of Oro.
In episodes 350 and 351, Danzo sends Yamato to attack Hiruzen and Kakashi tells Hiruzen about the Mokuton user in Root.
Danzo seems to take a huge risk in trusting someone like Kakashi, with letting him know about Yamato, a Mokuton user in Root and in letting Yamato attack Hiruzen (who turned out to be a Kakashi clone).Kakashi told Hiruzen about the Root Mokuton user.
In episode 352, Danzo is even sending Yamato to the Iburi clan, with a message scroll from Danzo.
Yamato introduces himself as Kinoe.
The Iburi clan is suppose to help Oro in this time of need.
Another risk in Oro finding out about Yamato's existence and Mokuton abilities.
Danzo was suppose to be a careful man right?
Yet the fact that Yamato survived the injection of Hashirama's experiments, is like being thrown out in the open for everyone to see. Hiruzen isnt suppose to know right? Oro isnt suppose to know right? Yet Danzo takes all these risks. Seems almost as if it doesnt matter if Oro finds out.
