Thats not the problem it chakra, Like Nagato had the Rinnegan but using High level jutsu without the Juubi Chakra puts too much stress on the Human Body,it aged and cripple Nagato. Sasuke has the eye but not the juubi chakra like Madara has to do it safely.

Sasuke hasn't shown that he is capable of using any Jutsu from the Rinnegan's Six Paths, let alone a Jutsu from the Outer Path. We have absolutely no exact knowledge on Sasuke's new eyes except that it can form Perfect Susano'o.​

You do realize that will kill sasuke? Cos of the chakra required but still i think it will happen. Just because Vegeta went suicide, its possible. And sasuke can also use 6 paths of pain i think.

He could, but that would mean that every single revived Uchiha would be revived in a coffin which is a couple meter below ground.

I doubt everyone could even escape from underground...... it's not exactly easy to do that, especially if you've been dead for 11+ years.
