what do you guys think, who would you have killed of first that would of impacted the Shinobi alliance

Naruto, killer bee, the kages and jonin from the the start of Naruto are excluded.

Killing Hinata would've had great impact to the shinobi alliance..she is not just a statistic...The main significance she plays is in her love relationship with Naruto...her death would most likely trigger an emotional response from naruto....making him either much stronger or clouding his judgement such a death could either make or break the shinobi alliance

Naruto is the key, so Kishi will sacrifice as many characters as he need for naruto to gain Kurama mode again. Then Shikakus strategy will come in motion. Wasting a whole chapter for Neji, well it was pretty predictable, he'd end up dying for Hinata, just proves how Naruto affected him in the past. Good one Kishi

Neji's death was unexpected, so i'm guessing bunch of fodders and then a couple or maybe one more from the Konoha 11 and then other main characters from the other villages.

Neji's death was sad he didn't get enough character development.

Kishi got Neji's death absolutely right. Lets face it, Neji hadn't even talked to Naruto since the start of the time-skip. Neji hadn't thanked Naruto since the chunin exams. He's character development is pretty simple with naruto teaching him about freedom to be who you want to be and not being stuck by your destiny. Naji sacrificing himself for Naruto and Hinata is perfect and sets up NaruHina. Now I just hope Guy and Killer Bee die so this War can actually be legit. Guy needs to unleash the 8th gate.

In a parrallel Universe, Hinata died, and the Manga will take a different way. In the parralel Universe, all NaruHina Fans commit suicide, as he never talked about the thing that happend during the pain arc, and Naruto will marry Karin.
