Natuto just lost his arm in the battle against Sasuke. How come his arm is restored completely? Normal bijuu or medics can't restore whole limbs, can they?

Or did Naruto use Jesus mode again like he did with Kakashi?

Still it had an extra power which he lost once she was sealed. You can see anytime he restore something, it was with the hand that had the seal.

He retained his ability to fly, use TSB, and be in the new mode so losing that one ability doesn't seem likely.

Also the Yin seal can regenerate organs so regrowing arms doesn't seem that out or stretch. Tsunade said any damaged parts of her body

Naruto regenerated an eye and completely restored Gai's body. It would not be in consistent if he saved their arms.

Another possibility is that the arms are nearby and Sakura uses the slug to reattach them. That can't be harder than reattaching two halves of Tsunade's body.

Bijuu. He regenerated a hole in his chest/heart/lung. He can do a simple arm

When did he do that? Original VotE battle? Either way, repairing that kind of wound is a simple manner of increased cellular regeneration, i.e the wound would've healed eventually, regaining an arm is the matter of rebuilding and regrouping non-existent bone and tissue, something Nine-Tails' chakra likely cannot heal.
