I don't think she should just die for the sake of Naruto being Hokage. And unless Naruto or Sasuke use s/t to join the battle or Madara just leaving absurdly, there is only Tsunade who can actually fight. But i won't be surprised if she has some forbidden jutsu that will kill her while sealing Edo Madara. But that will take two or three more weeks. First we will see Madara raping them, then a come back etc.

I want to see Tobi - Naruto fight -_-.

Lol, you think Madara knows what she recieved? Here's the real spoiler: She is young again, I cant be certain if it was done through chakra or spirit, but I know she looks exactly like she did in her youth, get ready to be surprised, Tsunade is about to show you something really special!

Hey I noticed that she looked younger too. It would make so much sense since Madara himself said that she got revitalized and then when Dan kissed her she still looked like a mature woman but when she was smirking down on Madara with a smug look on her face, she looked younger than the time Nawaki is still alive and I don't think it's because of the missing lipstick either.

I think all the Naru/Tsu hentai doujins have finally bear fruit and Kishi finally decide to pair Naruto up with Tsunade so he de-aged her? lol idk but we'll see.
