Spoiler: - Tobi's Relationship To Kakashi...Kamui! - Secret To Defeat Tobi!
Firstly this isnt going to be a tobi - obito theory,
but that is not to say that tobi may not be another person using obito's eye...
1. It has never been proven that tobi has a MS - it has never been shown even when tobi has used his s/t jutsu's - ever...
2. The relationship and similarities between tobi's abilities and kakashi's kamui has been constantly made reference to and Tobi even states that kamui is not usable on him...(ie tobi can negate kamui...or atleast avoid it)
but in the latest chapter we see Kakashi using kamui on attacks that are targetted towards Tobi - ie. he seems to be teleporting the attacks to places that Tobi are not expecting or cant react to...
PERHAPS it is Kakashi's kamui on physical objects than enables them to hit Tobi as he is technically 'transporting' himself (physically) to another dimension every time he phases through something...
3. Kakashi has sensed this relationship and is drawn to believe that tobi is only using one jutsu for his dematerialisation - and appearing / disappearing of objects (including himself)...
Basically Tobi has a form of 'Kamui'
- or atleast something that would compliment it (such as izanami - izanagi) or (ameratsu - tsukuyomi)....
ofcourse Tobi has never been shown to have MS so this is really just a theory...but Tobi most likely has some form of adaptation of Kamui that he has been using in a different way...
the interdimentional plane that Tobi phases into - in order to evade attacks is one that kakashi can phase attacks (such as his kunai or naruto's rasengan') into - in order to hit tobi...
