i finally think i know what tobi's 2nd mask was made out of...Hashirama's wood, after seeing this past chapter i believe the 1st mask was made out of the wood release but with less chakra put into it because madara/tobi probably didnt have enough control over the wood release to do it created it properly but after a couple of years tobi/obito probably got enough chakra control to make a new mask that was more stronger because it was made with more chakra, i mean the got hashi bodies laying around everywhere its not far off to say the masks are made of hashi's wood release
