So who attacked Konoha with Kurama when Naruto was born?

In recent manga we found out that Tobi is not Madara.
But what was the point of Tobi attacking Konoha with Kurama against Minato?

Those incentives seemed pretty Madara like to get revenge against Konoha and Uchihas and not very current Tobi like with his jew eye of the moon Plan.

So Was it Madara or Tobi who attacked Konoha when Naruto was born?

Well it would be Tobi since the real Madara would have been dead when Konoha was attacked.

Did anyone else find it suspicious how in the anime it showed itachi looking after sasuke, when he says something like "its a strange night for mum and dad to be out" (i cant recall exactly what he said)
maybe ive forgotten something about the story but it seems as though the uchiha were involved in the attack? either that or kishi is trying to f*** with our heads.

it was def tobi and u say its madra ish cuz why would tobi attack the leaf but until we know who tobi is how could u possible know his motives im sure he has one or 2 that we will find out
