as the title says and i've read the manga and the talk between kakashi and tobi show 1 thing that tobi is obito its hartd to believe some1 would go dig up obito's body just to take his eye so the question now is this how the **** was madara still alive during that time obito was about to die

Sorry but what are you on about? Its entirely plausible that Tobi walked up to Obito, and took his eye. Madara died about 35-45 years before the start of the series.

Alright, everyone knows Madara died 35-45 years before the start of the series right? He confirmed it himself when he said he died shortly after awakening the Rinnegan and we can assume he gave it to Nagato.

Because all edo's when they are summoned back. They're body is exactly the same as it was when they were alive. Ex. when Itachi and sasuke was fighting Kabuto, They both had their sharingans and Itachi's eyes was in Sasuke's head
