[Suggestion] Spoiler tages for profile

Can we have spoiler tags for our profile, that doesn't make our profile blank.
More things can be included and compact in a single spoiler for your profile.

The tages could be

[spoilerprof] [/spoilerprof]

Yeah exactly what he says. It would be cool for maybe a videos, lyrics etc.. but it isn't a big deal.
