And let's use a house you rent for example... You wouldn't leave a house and it deminish in value (normally), right ? Like let's say a mansion (for the sake of argument) or Madara's body... It wouldn't become a trailer home... (yes exception is it gets burned down) but there are always exceptions to any rule... But hear me out for the sake of argument.
