plus access to senjutsu chakra or what ever he used to pull out the black chidori

Upon rereading I see where this makes sense. At first I thought Sasuke pushed the lightining away but in reality he moved, and the transaltion says he did more than that. Moving after being killed is a trademark of izanagi, you don't appear in the same place. Interesting find man, we shall see more as the chapters move on.
