Also because I think he may get a different power up than that. He definitely needs one to fight naruto. KM>MS, EMS>KM, BM>>>> EMS plus the fact naruto can make a clone to use sage mode, sasukes gonna need something better than this

A type of Sennin Transformation (Jugo's clan)=/=Sage Mode.

 

[The Hidden Shinobi]

Let me break things down. Juugo's clan have the ability to intake natural energy from Ryūchi Cave but don't have the chakra reserves to balance it out so they lose control and turn into those dragon look a like things.

The curse mark orochimaru created was created from juugo's ability (or something like that) and originates from him. Thus using the curse mark ability is a type of sage mode where the natural energy from Ryūchi Cave takes over the body. It's like how the frog sage mode can turn you into a frog.

Jiraiya's sage mode was a bit better for then juugo's and curse masks but not perfect as he still displayed signs of a frog.

Sennin Transformation/Curse Mark is not Sage Mode. It is Sennin Transformation/Curse Mark. Similiar body changes make it a transformation but does not mean it is SAGE.
