We all know now that the zetsu are hashimara clones but in a weaker state.One of zetsu abilities is to absorb oponent chakra and copy their power .For example zetsu absorb kisame tailbeast chakra while fighting killerbee.I believe during that battle hashimara had other tailbeasts (1-8 tails) chakra and eventually take kurama chakra to get a special tailbeast power to counter madara perfect susano and other jutsu.
We currently seen naruto probably have some other tail beast chakra from 2-7 tail and kurama so far during his battle against Obito.Naruto need 8 tail and 1 tail chakra to get a special tail beast power .What you think?

Somehow he does have all 9 bijuu's, we know how he got 2-9 but not how he got shukaku's. Clealry though, Obito saw him with all the 9 bijuu powers
