With the recent OP chapter 701!!! We see a blind getting hustled in a game of craps!!! Luffy tells the blind man that he did win and he didnt lose we see the blind man take out his sword and use a some type of gravity power!!! And by the end luffy says that the blind man is strong!!! Possible New Admiral What do you think?!!

And kizaru has said that he already sent one of the admirals to deal with Don Quixote DoFlamingo!!!

Yeah he most likely is Purple Tiger.
BTW, it was the Red dog who sent him.
