Also, 2CH spoilers/talked to a source of mine. Seems like Boruto gets angry and throws a cake/piece of cake because Naruto promised to be there and he's running late (lmao they are comparing it to the apple scene with Sasuke and Sakura). Then there's a different scene where Sakura is doing some medical ninjutsu. It looks like the extended trailers shows the others that we haven't seen yet.

Ryūichi Kijima plays Mitsuki, a ninja in the same team as the title character Boruto and Sarada. Atsushi Abe plays Inojin Yamanaka, the son of Sai and Ino. Saori Hayami plays Himawari Uzumaki, the daughter of Naruto and Hinata. Hiroki Yasumoto plays Kinshiki, the obedient subordinate of the mysterious man Momoshiki.
Kensho Ono will play Shikadai Nara, the son of Shikamaru Nara and Temari, and Daisuke Namikawa will play Momoshiki, the mysterious man who launched a surprise attack on the Hidden Leaf Village.
Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine gave a tagline for the film, "The curtain rises on the legend that will surpass all!!" The tagline in the visual above is, "Transcend the legend. Take the reins of the new era."

There are three genin classmates who train night and day at the village’s training grounds: Sasuke’s daughter, Sarada, who greatly admires Naruto; the superior shinobi Mitsuki, who holds many secrets; and Boruto, who holds great talent and calls Naruto a shitty dad.
Naruto, who doesn’t have time to spend with his family because of work, is resented by the lonely Boruto, who says “from the start, it would’ve been better if a parent like you didn’t exist.”

One night, Sasuke who had taken on a mission in a different dimension noticed a strange danger was approaching, and went to visit Naruto. Naruto and Sasuke talk about talk about shinobi of their mutual childhood’s era. As they do, Boruto hears from Sarada that Sasuke is Naruto’s “one and only rival”. Wanting to discover his father’s weak spot, Boruto entreats Sasuke to take him on as an apprentice. Sasuke, who realises his friend’s situation, promises to be Boruto’s teacher “on one condition”. Boruto decides to apply for the Chuunin Selection Exams alongside Sarada and Mitsuki to show his real abilities to Naruto.
Boruto and the others persevere through the first examination, a match of intelligence, and the second examination, a match of teamwork. The third examination is one-on-one fighting in a coliseum, watched over by the Five Kage who lead every village. In the end, Boruto is clashing against Shikadai, the son of Shikamaru!

Boruto had unfortunately reached the point where, saying "Parents might as well not exist from the beginning", he hates because of the loneliness he feels Naruto who doesn't even have time to spend with his family due to his busyness.

boruto was criticizing the role of a Hokage and sarada wasn't too happy about that
so she stated that she wants to become a hokage in defense

I'm only going to summarize points that seem reproducible from multiple users across other boards (wcomic/csaloon/cchara, etc).
Spoiler collecting---> Grains of salt. They are talking about the new exhibit PV.
* Sarada delares her intent to become Hokage
* She gets in a bit of an angry verbal quarrel with Boruto
*Tenten seems to be at her weapon shop where she has the gourd
* Lee's pupil(?) appears. Kiddie is wearing the green full-body tights.
* Gaara is in that scene
* Sakura's outfit is different from the one on the front cover of the Hiden novel
* In the neck portion, it's like the front collar of the family picture (from the exhibit booklets). So the design changed.
* Her hair seems to be closer to what she had in The Last
* Sakura seems to be healing someone's abdomen. The framing is her upper (waist-up) part of her body during the serious scene.
* Camera pans up to her face that's glowing with the green chakra light.
* Chat with several other people + Gaara. Seems to be about a connection with Kaguya.
