Im kindda confused on how Obito gave the Jinjuriki Sharingan, and Rinnegan? Is he just that Powerful that he can just do anything or is their some explanation?

the jinchu edos dont really have them, its just obito's influence. they dont tend to show it in the anime, but arguably anyone being manipulated by sharingan should have sharingans in their eyes, too.

well he didnt give nothing there his six paths they share the same linked vision so hes able to see throu there eyes witch makes it looks like its his same thing that happened with nagato at laest thats how i see it

It's due to using the 6 path's tech the Jinjuriki gain the same eye's as there controller in this case Tobi.
