In one of the last spoiler pages, naruto and sasuke hit madara with their new attacks. Something weird happened though because the pattern that narutos rasengan had start appearing on madara. Then he flew away. What do you guys think happened?

Naruto doesn't have the rinnegan though. The patterns of his rasengan began to like fuse with madara

That was Shukakus special rasengan, which I guess can seal things. Just like Shukakus sand.

Those markings that appear on madara after naruto hits him with his shukaku rasengan is shukaku's sealing power, i say this cause the markings on shukaku is what it uses for it's sealing techs like what it and gaara used to attempt to seal madara,whilst that sand pyramid that gaara used on madara during the madara vs bijuu fight was his(gaaras) the marrkings that appeared on the pyramid was from shukaku's sealing power which is what naruto's rasengan was in the spoiler and that's why those markings appeared on madara.
