Does He mean He can use Hashi's SM (and most probably the Shinsuusenju)... ??

If thats the case then thats very illogical (logic=0.000).

That's one possible interpretation, but it's unlikely given the fact that as Madara said that, he was creating a chakra receiver. He probably plans on taking control of Hashirama's Edo Tensei the same way Obito took control of the revived Jinchuuriki.

Madara did pull out a black rod-like thing out of his hand, and I do agree at point that Madara is pretty tough now (with the rinnegan and all) but controling Hashi with that is quiet impossible in my opinion.

This only hints that Hashirama's Sage mode is related to his element, which Madara achieved. Now all pieces fits...

Madara trump card was Sage Mode + Fruit. And I already predicted the first one... XD

hashirama's sage mode is diffrent.. the mukuton cells in his body work magic with energy (yin/yang energy + nature energy = senju chakra) much like photosynthese (thats at least my guess on this ^.^)
i made a more detailed theory about it a while back... it's in my sig
i hope madara won't have the dot on his forehead and my theory about hashirama using a yin seal would be right ^.^ (if it is then we can assume that madara's SM will not be as powerfull as hashirama's)

He took out the rod maybe he's going to force Harashima into turning into sage mode then absorb the chakra with the rod. Then use the rod on Obito he'd be weakened because of the senjutsu in the rod then Madara can strike.
