I was thinking that because Mr. Swirlie acted so much like 'Good Tobi' that it was him doing all the talking when they were starting out in Akatsuki and Obito was silent except when talking seriously with Nagato.

If this isn't true, then I will go back to being conflicted about how much of a drastic character change Obito underwent from being 'good tobi' seeing as a character such as Obito is not really someone who would do and act crazy like Good Tobi did. It just doesn't fit.
