i'll make my first thread about deathnote

and the only thing i have to say is: i really really hated the end of deathnote, i really hoped light would have won and ruled the world

I liked it. L (through N and Mello) won, which is what I wanted. The whole show was fantastic. And I always like it when the protagonist dies. It's always unexpected.

At least Light's death was pretty good. It was actually different than in the manga but not by much.

Its funny. When L was alive I wanted him to win. But when L died and those L wannabees showed up, I wanted Light to win and kinda sad when he died.

At least his anime death was alot more appropriate and satisfying than his manga death.

I quite liked the ending, tbh.
From the start, L had already won. It was just a matter of finding evidence to support his claims. So all in all, Light was never going to succeed in the first place.

It's a damn good series, though. I think I'll definitely be watching it again at some point. xd
