Sasuke's susanoo is already with legs. The moment he takes his susanoo to final susanoo(the armor covering it), it will be just like madara's PS. It seems that he did it in the last page.

It DID look like an immediate powerup to the Perfect Susano'o... And I saw it coming a mile away... Even if it stil makes no sese as to how he got the damn thing so fast. But at the same time, I don't think the two are fusing, more so that Sasuke is using Naruto's chakra, most likely SAGE chakra to fuel his Susano'o due to his low stamina.

Madara's susanoo is on a different level; the reason he calls it "final" is because it was the farest he could reach in his life time. So if ma boii madara trained more, and did not fake his death ( so he had to hide and etc meaning he could not train to be stronger) his final susanoo would be much more powerful the his current susanoo. It's holy possible that sasuke's susanoo might become more powerful then madara's "final susanoo"

Yeah dude, just read the manga myself, it was pretty sweet. Gotta agree that were finally gonna see Sasuke Wrap his Susanoo around Naruto, and the Nose of the Susanoo had a resemblance to Madara's PS. We'll have to wait and see.
