[Discussion] Spoiler Chakra Naruto the last movie theory

In spoilers about Naruto the last movie, it is said that The Otsutsuki and the Hyuuga are from a different dimension.
That Kaguya was born from an Otsutsuki and a Hyuuga.

If the Otsutsuki are the only ones with chakra (maybe the Hyuuga too), than maybe mankind has chakra due to Kaguya and Hagoromo (who spread it with Ninshuu) and not because of the Shinju.

Maybe chakra was not even existing in the dimension of Naruto.
Maybe there was only nature energy (that the Shinju was made of nature energy).
That humans lacked chakra (as in not having both spiritual and physical energies).

So what do you think?
Did chakra existed in Naruto's dimension, before Kaguya came there?

The Hyuuga from the other dimension are full alien.
If the Hyuuga on earth are all from the other dimension as well and didnt grow as a clan through some pairing with earthlings (like descended from Hamura or through some other similar means) than they are full alien as you say (alien as in from a different dimension).
