I don't think Boruto is using Chidori. You need the Sharingan to use it. Kishi has stated before he's coming up with a new technique for Boruto so it's probably something we've never seen before.

You're downplaying clones though. Clones can use all the techniques of the original user - Naruto showed that. He made clones with a clone,and Rasengans,and RasenShurikens with clones.

Unlike Limbo, it was shown in story that the user can use Ninjutsu with clones, also 4 of Naruto's clones stood up to Madara's 4 Limbos.

I might have missed his posts, but since when was he a Naruto fanboy? Technically, what he's saying is true, though they're still incredibly useful. Not really much of a surprise that he has them since it's within the sharingan's ability to copy. Like Madara, however, it's not in his personality to use them as a form of attack for whatever reason.
