Naruto uses a new prosthetic made by Katasuke that basically does what Momoshiki did with the Rinnegan, but it can't return techniques. It can only absorb.

Naruto did use Mud Wall, however.

Apparently Sasuke says it's not the tool itself, but how you use it. Basically Naruto should be justified with using the ninja prosthetic tech because he can defend himself better from those threats next time.
