im pretty sure (tell me if im wrong) they said they need ALL the chakra from all the tailed beasts to revive the ten tails and also in narutopedia i read once that sometimes when a the chakra from a tailed beast is in a body then it dies the beast may die and if not it will unleash and when naruto was talking to kushina (his mom) while fighting the nine tails she said minato (his dad) only sealed HALF of the nine tails chakra in naruto and the other half in himself then he died and nothing was unleashed so that must mean half of the nine tails died so if im wright about them need ALL the tailed beasts or there chakra but half of the nine tails or his chakra is gone sothey cant revive the ten tails

No one has taken a reckoning of its power.THey keep saying Nine Tails is the winner and Naruto in Bijuu Mode > Ten Tails.

It also says that it just needs all the Tailed Beasts chakra. Not all of it. So for all we know, the Jubi (Ten Tails) could already be alive. It just might not be in full power... :shrug:

This has been stated before. It is most likely that Kurama's chakra regenerated, just like anybody else's chakra would regenerate. Also, if a host dies with a tailed beast still sealed, then the beast's chakra, and therefore the beast, will regenerate itself after some time, reviving the beast.

it regenerates.... like choji, when released, he loses alot of weight. plus tobi needs the tailed beast's specific chakra, not all of it.
