Can anyone answer me why naruto have only 3 of those things? because I believe he had like 7 or 8 in the battle against Kaguya, so where did the other spheres go?

I think he didn't have a chance to activate the other three since he almost died.

Or he only has three now for some reason.

he used 3 of them to stop madara's Limbo in this dimension !

then they went to another dimension with the rest of the balls ! so the other balls are lost in the other dimension when SO6P brought them back here !
