Well no your wrong on the hatefullness towards madaara. EPISODE 160 I believe Izuna gave up his eyes willingly for the good of the clan to protect the village from the Senjus. Izuna has no grudge towards madaara after hearing Tobis explanation. But if you watch the episode there is a lil hint to something I dunno walhat, but after saying that Izuna would do anything for the Uchiha clan and to keep the village safe, that's why he gave up his eyes he grasped his right arm tightly. I don't know what symbolic about that but it must be something.

You misunderstood.. Izuna holds NO hatefulness towards Madara, he holds it towards his clan and the village.

He gave up his eyes for the clan and they betrayed him and his brother so he holds a grudge against both the Uchiha and Konoha.

I mean my other theory is Izuna took madaras eyes instead just like Sasuke took itatchis eyes and he was just lying about everything. To be honest to many uchihas fit as tobi setsuna is as likely to be tobi as much as any other characters shown

Consider what his name means and his era plus the fact he was one of the few to start rebelling & seen what madara foresaw
Then we know tobi's current clothes is similar, to, his plus overall looks are the same and tobi is physically strong judging by setsuna's weapon he is likely strong aswell

A better candidate WOULD be Izuna. You can't count him out because you wouldn't like it. Do you know why it's "dull"? Because it's a likely possibility. Of course, it might not be.

Another possibility would be a specially created Zetsu clone type thing of Madara. This has grounds in that Tobi was seen fixing his arm after he lost it against Konan, sorta like he regrew it.

It may be someone who ISN'T an Uchiha also. Have you thought of that possibility. I'm not saying it's for sure, but it's possible. I just can't see how a character who has never been talked about, who has never talked, who has hardly moved, who hasn't even been heard THINKING, and who was in just 1 chapter in which he played an incredibly replaceable role, could possibly be someone as important as Tobi. People just say the hair looks the same, and then make outlandish tales about imaginary motives and getting his name from Tobirama. I've heard Obito theories that are better.

Ok you really don't see Kagami many times and not to sound gay but Kagami coulda been having a bad hair day. Lol but seriously Tobis hair isn't always as spiky as you think it is. Also, eyes also become more or less slanted depending on their facial expression, emotion, or fatigue. Look at the very bottom of Tobis eyebrows it looks like a backwards check mark. After slanting down their is a thin line that slants back up a little bit at a 90 degree angle. The only other people who have eyebrows similar to this at all are Obitos, and Izunas. But they are dead. I'm tired about hearing about these ridiculous theories about those two. One Obito is kakashis age which is roughly 25-35. Tobi looks about 50-69 years of age like Danzo. Obito does not posses Senju DNA and had no real way to obtain it, if he did they would hinted towards it somehow by now either in the manga or anime by now. Izuna had his eyes taken by the real madara and also he already awaken his MS so if he did it once he can do it again even if he did somehow get some more eyes. Tobi does not have MS. It is even stated that Tobi somehow controlled the Kumara with the third stage sharingan.

Also, what are you basing Tobis age upon? How do you think Tobi looks a lot younger than usual? At what point in time does he look younger than when he fights Konan?
