if you haven't watched this series i would suggest it to anyone no matter your religion . i will warn you now though a lot of the topics are radical to say the very least, and will probably challenge your religion on one level or another. i was just curious if anyone here on the base has tried any of the techniques talked about in the series? im very curious but just as afraid to practice some of these so any feed back would be awesome.

im sure im gonna get some flames over this one but that's quite alright. just wondering what you guys think of it all. please youtube it if you haven't checked it out and let me know what you think of it all

man it covers all kinds of crazy stuff. from astral projection to meditation. but theres some crazy stuff too like we all used to live on the city of atlantis and we were all spiritually 14 year old girls. its a trip but some stuff if you can look past how crazy it is makes sense in a weird way...

Hahaha! I wouldn't mess around with it then. xd Astral projection, while in itself is harmless, it leaves you wide open for demonic possession. Trust me, you don't want to mess around with that stuff. It's completely possible and there's lots of documented occasions...things that atheists simply ignore in ignorance...but I'm here to tell you it's more than possible...however, you don't want to do it...

thats kind of what i was afraid of. i would really hate to get stuck somewhere on a spiritual level... but just doing research online they talk of all of these other higher realms and the thought of talking to some relatives that have passed on kind of made me curious. i know if i asked my grandma about all this i would probably earn myself a bible b*tch slap though xd

To demonic possession? LOL I have experience "Sleep Paralysis" twice.
Long ago when I was a kid I couldn't move my body but was awake, I couldn't open my eyes and even when I was telling my hand and whole body to move, I was paralyze yet I was aware of what was going on. Now, the science side will say that it was just my body's muscles tired but if you ask the paranormal lovers or the believers, they'll say something else.
Then It happened to me again when I was 15 but this one was freakier b/c I was able to open my eyes a little and actually saw 'something' in the room shifting forms, someone or something was indeed in the room or I'm just completely crazy though I don't believe in 'spirits'.
It was freaky because it's feels like you're going to die if you give in and not fight back the urge to fall back to sleep.
Anyways I've always been the type to reject the whole ghost theories because I personal hate such thing. even so..there has been freaky things happening in my house before.

It's not the same as an outer-body but something people also like to consider as "omg, if you had that happen is b/c a ghost was sleeping on top of u" then again, I guess it's not hard to look into stuff and try to see if they teach you something valuable.
As an agnostic, I would have no problem with trying to understand many points of view


If anyone's interested in sleep paralysis! Not saying is all 100% true, you may see it as you wish.

Meh..astral projection..never heard of a reliable documentation of it happening outside of a religion so nah..

Sleep paralysis has happened to me before..couldn't move right side of my body..leg, arm, neck..but then i wiggled around and the blood flow kicked back up and was fixed after some tingling..all scientifically/medically explainable..

TV shows will do anything for ratings now, hence the "CELEBRITY GHOST STORY" type of shows spawning all across network television
