The fact that He has a ear , means that Somebody else is inside Spiral Z. And just like everybody mentioned mokuton, that Is Yamato .

Dude it has to be Yamato and the foot has to be kabuto. Why? Who else could it be? People are really saying Izuna? You're going to tell me a guy who died way before madara is more likely to be the foot or in spiral zetsu than two of many recurring characters? That's dumb. The story must end with all loose ends coming to a close as any story. And that would mean Kabuto must be brought back into the picture and that Yamato must be back in the picture. If not what? We're just gonna leave Yamato inside of tobis lab attached to a hashirama clone? If that's the case Yamato must look dead and drained and he will never be found and when the war is over they're not gonna just be like WAIT... WHERE'S YAMATO?!?! Same for kabuto the story is not gonna just end with him stranded in a cave fighting Itachi forever. They're the only two characters who have played a role in the war and to the series that are currently missing. It's time for them to return. Yamato may die. How else will they beat zetsu? Plus suigetsu blew his brains out.

The only possibility it's not Yamato is the hashirama clone and spiral zetsu became one and it's a real clone of hashirama, or that spiral all this time has been growing and developing itself or growing and developing itself into a real person. When SZ first appeared he seemed colder talking about shitting rather than pooing which one is an immaturity And one isn't. Secondly he seems more hostile talking about killing and such. So it's not out of the question spiral zetsus personality has changed and he could've developed some being or something
