Can someone maybe explain me why people think that spiral Zetsu might be yamato? i dont get that

Yamato was used to strengthened the Zetsu Army, because his cells are better than the zetsu. and Orochimari kinda knew who was indside, since he was the one who experimented on Yamato, and know his chakra more than anyone else.

But spiral zetsu has been created by madara using the first's body cells. so maybe he can use wood style himself. and maybe zetsu's teleportation jutsu is nothing other then woodstyle after all
