Who will win? Kurama is a joke compared to Shinsuusenju, whom some people claim is not as powerful as Hashirama's in this case.

Spiral Zetsu's Shinsuusenju is about as big as a Full power Kurama (Yes, Hashiramas Shinsuusenju's palm is larger then Spiral Zetsus). Spiral Zetsu used Yamato to vastly increase his Mokuton, I doubt Spiral Zetsu can made a Shinsuusenju as big as he did without Yamato. Either way, a full power Kurama stomps.

Kuarma stomps the tiny buddaha with biju doma but I want to ask can yamatu use this small version of buddaha alone?can we count him with it? may he gained more hashirama powers(chakra and cells) by being trapped next to hashirama remains for a long time,and spiral zetcu was surrounding him just to control him not to increase his abilities
