A big enough raiton jutsu would cut through mokuton, if that's what you mean.

can go either way....! if suigetsu can jump to attack spiral zetsu directly then jiraya has no need to fight budha...! and if he gets in close quarters with SM then zetsu is raped but if he can't then jiraya loses....!
