Now we see that he is capable of using Hashirama's most powerful technique with ease when Obito can't even sprout out branches despite both having Hashirama's DNA. So Spiral Zetsu proves himself to be even more skilled than Obito, unless the guy under the mask is.....

That's not skills. Its power. What's even worse, he couldn't utilize any of them to their full potential. Take away Kamui, he got lol stomped by Kakashi.

You need skills to utilize that power. Power is something possessed forever. Skills isn't since anyone can lose it, but not power.
Obito had so much power such as Juubi, 6 Jinchuuriki and even Kamui, yet he lost because he wasn't skilled enough and he didn't have confidence.

Without Kamui, Kakashi comfortably beats him like he did. The barrier is useless to those who can go underground. Katon is the same. Izanagi is non factor since he is losing his eyes. Gedo Mazo gets taken Kamui instantly as it did. Edo Jinchuuriki lose control the moment Kakashi kamui Obito.

If he was all that without Kamui, then he would have won but didn't and Kakashi effortlessly beaten him.
