Obito wins. Even though Kamui was the real threat and made Obito untouchable, that spiral tree is something that Naruto and Sasuke can't handle. If Jonin and Anbu can't dodge it, I don't see Naruto and Sasuke fairing much better, when their speed should only be average to Jonin.
