[CFS] Spinning Drill Arts with Fusion

The art uses drills, two large drills to be exact, made from Titanium and other supportive metals that allows both an easy maneuvering and a large hit if an enemy got hit by it. The hilt of the drills have multiple pores able to channel wind through them. An interior passage way connects the hilt from the drill. In the drill, the passage way exits on the very tip of the drill. Of course, the hilt is removable and able to be used as a gauntlet, also more known as the Drill Fist of the style, the drills can be made smaller to carry around whenever you arent actually using the drills by using chakra and making it bigger again by chakra.
