Is Sakura going to get more character development ?
Are we going to see Naruto and Sasuke team up against someone ?
and finally the most important question, what is Orochimarus backstory, what made him the way he is ?

-sakura will indeed(she will react more to Naruto/Hinata's situation & the way she used to treat Naruto in team7)
-Naruto/Sasuke will indeed team up against Orochimaru & Madara
-Orochimaru:ls: as a child he was a very sweet and innocent child; Sarutobi really made him feel special.
He even told Oro after oro found a special snake summon at his parents gravesite, that in the future oro might be able to see them again someday. Oro truly believed him and hoped to see them again. Oro was extremely naïve like Madara, Obito, and Naruto are.
He wanted to see his parents again to fill the void in his heart. He might have been manipulated by Danzo the same way Kabuto was.
He later joined Root. Danzo would do anything to become hokage. He made countless attempts to team up with various characters in the story, from Hanzo to Tobi to Orochimaru. Orochimaru attempted to help Danzo with becoming Hokage when he attacked the Leaf with the Sound and Sand villages. He also wanted to make Sarutobi feel his pain probably for placing so much pressure on him to be perfect genius, and for giving him hope that his parents would return. Uchiha Sharingan can almost see into the future & Orochimaru will love to see if his parents were coming, but he realized the power of it could copy jutsu. He knows the leaf village had great warriors who knew many jutsu, many of which were forbidden. Oro wanted the forbidden jutsu , but Sarutobi being Hokage wouldn't allow something like that. So Orochimaru turned his back on the rules forbidding him from his happiness. He wants to control his own destiny and outcome of his life , but doesn't want the leaf's moto to hold him back from achieving his dreams of being perfect.
He sorta wants to become GOD, and not have to worry about dying or growing old...Sharingan , he feels will help him achieve these goals. Also like Sasuke, he feels the leaf's way was holding him back.

-Sakura will see how much Hinata loves Naruto,(she may push Naruto towards Hinata;and feeling jealous)
also sakura will apologize to Naruto for the way she treated him in the past.
-Hashi already has gotten to Sasuke, but Sasuke wont come to his senses until after he fights naruto/saving eachother.
Minato & Sasuke will take part in war with Naruto.
-Orochimaru(not truly evil)just had his heart broken. Wants people to understand him. Kabuto will betray Orochimaru in the end.
this has been hinted at throughout the manga.(i'll post some more about this)
